Privacy Policy

1. Information we use

• Student details given at admission: name, guardian's name, mobile number, email, date of birth, address, batch, instrument and grade.
• Academy records: fees and payments, attendance, points, performer awards and certificates.
• Login information: your password (stored only in encrypted form), and the device/browser and IP address used to log in, for security.
• Online payments: the payment reference, amount, months paid, payment mode, bank name and status. Your card number, UPI PIN or bank password go directly to NTT DATA (Atom) and are never seen or stored by RAWM.
• Feedback you send from the app.

2. How we use it

• To log you in and keep your account safe.
• To show your fees, attendance, points, notices and other academy information.
• To take fee payments and keep accurate accounts.
• To send important messages, such as a "password changed" email.
• To answer your feedback and improve our classes and the app.

3. Who we share it with

Your information is used only by authorised RAWM staff. We share only what is needed with:

• NTT DATA Payment Services (Atom) and your bank, to process online payments (name, mobile number, email and amount);
• our hosting and email service providers, who run the app and send emails for us;
• government authorities, if the law requires it.

4. Cookies

The app uses a small number of cookies only to keep you logged in and to protect your account. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How we protect it

• The app uses a secure (HTTPS) connection.
• Passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be read, even by RAWM staff.
• The login is locked for a while after several wrong passwords.
• When you change your password, other phones logged in to your account are logged out.

6. Children's privacy

Many of our students are children. We collect only the information needed for classes, fees, exams and certificates, and use it only for those educational purposes. Parents or guardians can contact us at any time about their child's information.

7. Photos and videos

Photos and videos from classes, concerts and events may appear in the app's gallery or performer section. If you do not want a photo of yourself or your child shown, tell the RAWM office and we will remove it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a RAWM student, and afterwards only as long as needed for certificates, accounts and legal records.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete information we no longer need, or stop non-essential messages. Contact the RAWM office for any of these.

10. Third-party links

The app may link to other websites, such as YouTube or the payment page. Their own privacy policies apply there; RAWM is not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be shown on this page with a new date.
