1. Who can use the app

The app is only for students currently enrolled in a RAWM music course. When a student leaves or completes the course, the app account stops working.

2. Your account and password

• You log in with the mobile number registered at RAWM and your password.
• The first password is given by the RAWM office. You must set your own password the first time you log in.
• Keep your password secret. Do not share your login with anyone. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• The app keeps you logged in on your own phone. On a shared phone or computer, always log out when you finish.
• If you forget your password, or think someone else knows it, ask the RAWM office to reset it.

3. Correct information

Your details in the app (name, batch, instrument, fees, attendance, points) come from RAWM's records. If anything is wrong, tell the RAWM office so it can be corrected.

4. Fees and online payments

• The app shows your monthly fee and the months that are due. Older months must be paid first.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, NTT DATA Payment Services (Atom). RAWM never sees or stores your card, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
• The payment page may add a small gateway charge depending on the payment method. It is shown before you pay.
• A payment is complete only when the app shows Payment successful. Keep the payment reference shown in Fees → History.
• Fees paid at the office also appear in your payment history.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• try to see or change another student's information;
• use the app for anything unlawful, or send rude or abusive feedback;
• upload harmful files, or try to break, overload or misuse the app.

RAWM may block an account that breaks these rules.

6. Videos, photos and course material

Tutorial videos, notices, gallery photos and other material in the app belong to RAWM. They are for your personal learning only. Please do not copy, sell or share them publicly without written permission from RAWM.

7. Points, awards and activities

Points, performer awards and the activity calendar are managed by RAWM. RAWM may change points, rewards and schedules when needed. Points have no cash value.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of network problems. RAWM is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss from using, or not being able to use, the app.

9. Changes to these terms

RAWM may update these terms. The new version will be shown on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
